Product architecture

One active lead. One coordinated system.

Call OS is an outbound execution environment: it prepares the call, controls the live moment, and completes the follow-through.

01 / Prepare

Build the next call, not another list.

Call OS turns mixed-source records into a source-aware, callable queue with enough context to start intelligently.

Multi-source intake

Pull from Owner IQ, paste Salesforce or ZoomInfo, capture browser contacts, or load an existing list.

Dial flows

Assign number roles, attempt counts and manual, semi or full automation by source.

Smart queueing

Stack sort layers, use pickup and appointment presets, or apply network reachability signal.

On-load enrichment

Resolve address, industry, niche, revenue, headcount, years, local hook and tax angle as the lead arrives.

Map-aware context

Keep the business location and geographic search context attached to the active lead.

Shared company memory

Recent company intelligence is cached and reused instead of researched from zero for every rep.

02 / Connect

Run the live call as a controlled state machine.

Telephony, hotkeys, voice commands, transcripts and real-time assistance share one call state—so actions do not race each other.

Webex or softphone

Call inside Call OS or route through the connected Webex app, with explicit call-state protection.

Outcome detection

LIVE, voicemail, AI screener, disconnected, busy, dropped and no-answer states remain distinct.

Dual-role transcript

Capture rep and prospect speech separately to support clean live context and reliable history.

Live response assist

Keep a lead-aware response panel beside the call without replacing the rep’s judgment.

Pitch questions

Match general industry and niche to real discovery questions, with tailored reasons for asking.

INSTINCT screener handling

Use the rep’s approved recordings and voice configuration to work through automated screeners.

Keyboard control

Arrow keys start, stop, advance, hang up and open the appointment workflow.

Voice control

Navigate tabs, load an Owner IQ city, dispose calls, ask intelligence questions and schedule follow-ups by voice.

03 / Complete

Finish the work while the signal is still fresh.

The call does not end at hangup. Call OS turns the outcome into structured evidence and the exact next commitment.

Appointment workflow

Open the live appointment form with the active lead context and count it only after save.

Follow-ups

Schedule the date, time and notes, then return due commitments to the working queue.

Junk + DNC

Remove bad numbers and persist do-not-call state so the same mistake is not repeated.

Evidence-rich history

Preserve attempts, outcomes, duration, transcript, synopsis, disposition and action trail.

Rep and network signal

Track local and cross-user dial, reach and appointment counts to inform what to call next.

Authenticated sync

Restore CRM contacts, events and per-number performance across authorized devices.

What it replaces

Less context switching. More conversation continuity.

Before

A fragmented stack

Lead database, manual queue, phone controls, note pad, appointment form and analytics—each with a different active record.

After

One live context

The same lead, number, research, transcript, state and next action move through the entire call lifecycle.

Product questions

Clear answers before the first call.

Is Call OS a CRM?

It contains the working CRM memory needed around calls—history, notes, outcomes, follow-ups and appointments—but its primary role is execution. It can sit beside a CRM of record rather than asking the team to replace one.

Does Call OS provide the phone service?

Call OS coordinates the calling workflow. Actual telephony depends on your configured calling engine and service, including Webex where enabled.

Is Call OS the same product as Owner IQ?

No. Owner IQ is the owner and company intelligence graph. Call OS is the operator-facing system that pulls selected records into work, enriches them, places calls and returns outcomes.

Does Call OS make compliance automatic?

No software can replace your legal obligations. Call OS includes tools such as DNC handling and controlled call workflows, but operators remain responsible for consent, calling-hour, recording and outreach rules.

READY FOR THE NEXT SHIFT

Give the rep fewer reasons to stop dialing.

Bring your list—or source owner-led businesses through Owner IQ. Call OS turns the work into a repeatable floor-wide system.
